"a little tanned" but he's pale as a sheet

I feel like many Koreans don’t really understand the idea of being dark-skinned. They don’t see it often because most of them are really fair. A lot of them don’t even get tan, they just get sunburned. Korea is a cold place so it makes sense, but I think that’s also why some (and I mean many) Koreans can be racist. ┑(￣∇￣")┍

Shouldn't have thrown around the word "tanned" easily if they don't even understand the meaning of it
