But for the most part wasn't he raised by his mother and aunt so by the time he lived with elva (who was also a child) he knew how to take care of himself? Like cook and clean. For me it makes it better cuz there was this other bl where it was a vampire KID that got adopted by a MAN and in the end the father and kid got together when the kid became an adult.
