The parents atleast in their high school days were a really cute couple. The reason they had so many children was because the omega dad , koi, wanted to have a huge family with atleast 15 children but the alpha dad, ashley, stopped him. Ashley realised that their accidental first child was a psychopath and refused to have anymore children but koi persuaded him and in the end they had 6 children with the last one being the only one who looked like koi. Koi views his children as angels who are a little different and only need love while ashley views them as psychopaths who need to be taught how to behave like normal people. Chase gets caught up in it. Koi knows chase is different from their other children but ashley doesn't wanna take a risk and treats them the same. I personally really like the parents. They have such obvious flaws and we see that in how they raised their children.
To the people that have read the novels…were the parents crazy too? Like why have so many children if you aren’t going to take care of them? I would assume the omega daddy would have been at least trying to get the siblings to be normal, especially get them to treat omegas properly since he’s also an omega
