Grayson didn't actually actively do stuff with some any hole or literally do incest, he was saying all of that to scare chase (and the dog part too. Chase didn't spend his rut with the dog Grayson left btw!)

Already read the novel but oh my goodness reading this without context sounds like his brother actually did it with an animal and stuff so he's saying all holes are the same and would go do incest just to clear his rut
