I'm hoping the brother is full on lying him just because he hates him OR MAYBE he actually did it with the other brother and is trying to protect him?? AHHH idk but the dog thing it's fucked up ALSO DOING IT THE BROTHER but you know that could make sense because ml looks like genuinely loves and cares for his brother and doing something with him would shatter him idk
