Honestly a lot of people struggle with eye contact, so you’re not alone. A few things that help, do quick glances instead of staring, and practice with people you’re comfortable with. It doesn’t have to be perfect — eye contact is supposed to come and go. Just focus on the conversations , not on doing it right.
Building confidence is key, try practicing in-front of a mirror. You got this!!

i've been thinking about this recently and i just reached a conclusion now as i take a shit,
but i think the reason why I don't like eye contacts and look at ppl's face for too long or too hard is because i feel like the fabric of reality is going to collapse if i do
i'm fine with looking at photos but staring and studying a person's feature in the physical is just unbearable for me. idk how long this has been going on, cus i remember when i was a kiddie that i like to look and study my parents face. but now, just thinking about doing it feels awful
does anyone feels the same way as i do? are there any way to stop feeling this way?
