Well–
It's because sometimes mangago bots rips chapters from other sites with bad translations and uploads it here, so uploaders/scanlation teams uploads a placeholder or a dummy chapter to trick mgg and prevent bots from uploading. Then when it's time to upload the official chapter, the scanlation teams can just take down the placeholder and replace it with the real one (with better translation)(￣∇￣")
