He never once mentioned that he knew it was Bruno behind everything to Luke. Not once. What he did do while Luke was already stressed and dealing with a lot was make blanket statements regarding his whole friend group essentially telling him to be suspicious of them all. He said and I quote,” Well maybe they’re not your friends after all.“ and “Luke not Everyone is what they seem.” This about the friends he just introduced to him in order to expand his social circle and include his boyfriend in what he’s passionate about. Yeah I’m definitely side eyeing my whole friend group moving forward you’re always right babes??? How does that make sense. And the latest chapter was a two way conversation. Are we forgetting the other half where he literally is defending why he still chooses to trust his friends. Even decent people have bad days, do bad shit. This chapter alone we see that Bruno felt backed into a corner and he’s been dealing with his guilt behind his actions for chapters. He’s just saying that people aren’t so black and white. To be discarded at the first sign of something you dislike. Luke just wanted him to give them a chance like he gave him a chance. He made it quite clear that he doesn’t want to try now.
its said like 3 times the reason why he doesnt put bruno directly under the lens is because the theatre group needs a director now that derrick is grounded. No idea how you can quote Andrew but somehow forgot his reasons.
The point isnt even that Luke has to go by what andrew says, but its frustrating that even after he finds out the truth he cant even apologise to Andrew for blowing a fuse at him when Andrew was right. Even if Luke wants to trust Bruno and Andrew has no say in it, it doesnt mean he gets to lash out at Andrew just because Andrew wont take it personal
also, andrew never wanted to be added to the group, why act like Luke was doing something nice for him and he should be grateful. And when he makes it overtly clear, Luke doesnt even say anything to him, just lets him leave, expecting him to return to make amends bc Andrew is always the one making amends.

That’s why they should just break up because a person who truly loves you as a whole would want to get to know you and the people you care about. Andrew a grown man he didn’t have to be anywhere he didn’t want to be. He has nothing else going on and an anxious need to maintain the only relationship he got that he half heartedly participated in getting to know Luke’s friends. Maybe y'all don’t like Luke’s boundaries because Andrew has none.
It was not Andrew’s call to decide Luke shouldn’t know who’s harassing him. Are you serious? Luke would know better than anyone what the loss of Bruno would do to the production because it’s his crew, his theater, and his passion. If Andrew had any respect for Luke as a partner he would’ve told him and trusted he’d handle it the best way he could and if he needed help he’d have asked Andrew or the plethora of other connections he has. You don’t treat your partner like a child that needs shielding from the world’s dangers.
Luke apologizing would make no sense because he stands firm in what he said. He trust his friends and he even trust that despite being backed into a corner Bruno’s a good guy and will do the right thing in the end. Even if he don’t I doubt that’ll change his world view and how he handles relationships because how often are your good friends being blackmailed by an ugly uber rich asshole to mess with you.Thats not clocking for Andrew so they’re just going in circles.
Honestly Andrew has no practice or ability to maintain a relationship. If Luke wasn’t so damn nice he would’ve left him a while ago. People cant be serious. That one word from your man is going to have you uproot your whole world view and dynamic you have with your already established friend group. That you’re going to let a man with no friends and the belief he needs no friends go behind your back and try to talk through your issue with them on your behalf? No one’s even talking about Bruno’s reasoning. He literally felt like this was his only option to stay and continue pursuing his passion because one wrong move could send him back to a house of 11 people.
