Help finding bl

Please help me finds this. I only remember the main couple I think lived together and their neighbour's are also gay and a couple. The bottom in the couple next door was the happy fluffy short guy and top had those big strong but player vibe. (I remember them more) there was a scene I think when the tops go out for a smoke and ml says he doesn't smoke but the neighbors top just wanted to say something like "you better snatch "ml bottom" or someone else will come and take him" bc he's hot ig.

Then in a later scene the neighbour's top makes the bottom cry so I think the ml top comforts him and it makes ml bottom jealous. Then in a rain scene ml bottom has like run away he was mad at top ig and neighbor top finds him and I think does the fake kiss thing like fixes his hair under and umbrella and yk it looks like a kiss for the ml top who stands behind them.

Ml top then grabs ml bottoms hand and then go home and make up.
