They're STILL not a couple as of chapter 41, but their chemistry is growing and they're just great for each other. Next chapter is Suhan's turn to be there for Cheongyeon (nothing happened to *him*, but something happened in his family and he'll need support)
The "oh god he'll forget because he had a fever and the one who was kissed will avoid him like the plague" phase is super short, things become super sweet eventually
