Raon deserves happiness but so does ML and MC. After everything you can easily see what is happening within each character's heart and mind.
Not that I'm saying black flags get to be fixed but shesh MC soul was bonded with ML and as much as I wished MC to live a safe and happy life with Raon I know he will be struggling but happy with the Emperor.
Alas what an ending it has become...
