I will never understand why the author ruined a perfectly good story with an ending like that. It legit makes absolutely no sense at all. They had such a good dynamic and had reached an understanding for them to end up in such a toxic situation. Like I understand that maybe they wanted to show case how obsessed the ML was with the MC, to the point he would rather kill him than let him get away again, but to try and squeeze that in towards the very end of the story? Hello?? It wasnt even necessary, we've been known that about the ML. Ugh. I love this story and I generally don't mind toxic endings but it doesn't reallt make any sort of sense here. （￣へ￣）
