Honestly took down 1* only because of this. Where da heck did granny go??? There was no more real drama so it was okay to just erase her from their daily lives??? Wtf!
It was a good story though, I may be biased but I kinda can relate with the protagonist s situation. Oh but nobody died in my case I've just been forsaken, erased from everyone's life and memories. I was just a happening, and no one ever loved nor hated me enough to remember that I was ever part of their lives/family. My memories are mine only and there's nobody I share them with because they were only important to me. Not gonna lie, yeonwoo often irked me with his reactions... Then I realized he's just a kid and his reactions were pretty legit for a 20 yo child, I've come to peace with this reality only because I'm way older than him. And at least my dogs loved me unconditionally their whole lives, they re the only memory I cherish now and will until my last breath. Oh but if I become a ghost the other memories will take over and get ready for some real traumatic shit, you sorry excuses of humans (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
ANYWAY! Maybe the author relied a bit too much on the memory loss trope, sticking it to every important character (yeonwoo's felt forced) but it kinda worked because of the suicide attempt method, I still think it was pretty clumsy and unnecessarily important though.
I guess the appreciation of this story will greatly vary depending the ages and situations of the readers... But I liked it.
Also where do these boys get all that money from? Were seongwoon's parents rich or something?
