punch drunk love? although despite ml being a completely unlikeable dick (no his traumatic past doesn’t excuse his shitty actions and asshole behaviour) in the first few chapters he ends up later on reassuring mc that he doesn’t ‘need’ to change himself and that he likes him for who he is, it was really sweet and showed character growth
Im in need of bls with either one of those plots:
A guy who is so in love wuth another he changes everything about himself to get the others attention
Or
A guy that changes himself to be perfect
