i can’t even begin to describe how much i love this manhwa. the topics they breach are so real and genuinely heartwarming to read about, especially when you’ve gone through things similar. “but sitting among people who are truly devoted to this field, i realized how shallow i was” is such an impactful statement and it’s so accurate to how many people feel when choosing a university major. i always found it difficult to put thoughts like that into words but now that ive seen it, it’s something that is hard to explain. when you don’t have a particular direction in life you want to follow, nor any particular dreams or aspirations for your future, you will find big decisions like university and classes difficult to make. and even after making them, that feeling of guilt for ‘not being passionate enough’ to study in that field might be overwhelming. so i think putting these situations into easy-to-digest medias like manhwas is so important so that people know they aren’t alone in this feeling and that making those decisions and feeling different from others about those decisions is what makes us human. i regret not reading this sooner! :p
