well.. I won't lie that it kinda breaks my heart that Hyungjoo is going away, but I think the author did a good justification and pivot in plot to let Iltak and Hyunwoo be together.
and really, I think if yall got problem with the fact that Hyungjoo and Hyunwoo having feelings with Iltak, I'd say that for all the dramatics and unrealistic parts of the story, the author did a great job in making these characters as delinquent-like as they could be. They're brutes. They're assholes. They're homophobes. They're young people being confused and cringe, and I think that's really great characterization for a story in this setting. Logically, in real life we won't bat an eye to a bitch like Hyungjoo and agreeably he doesn't deserve the good environment he was raised in when he made a lot of students' lives a living hell, Iltak included. But personally, I wished that Hyungjoo will have another story to him because author-nim actually made me interested in his character.
