I enjoyed this. They were both aware early on that they were not blood-related siblings. Maybe the incest part would be on the perspective of an outsider. But to me, I think they're just childhood friends who've been through life since birth.
I love this, I love all their quirks but there's just so many inconsistencies with the plot. Like, it's transmigrated into a book she read but the plot of the book was not specific enough. For someone who read the book she seem to forget some necessary details. I'll accept it tho since she's still a kid and I think they are focusing more on romance than geographic and history and backstory. It would've been better if she just isekaid into the past and not in the book.
I love how adorably dorky dietrich is (although it was kind of predictable it was still fun to see how shameless he is). I kind of hated how redundant the "she save him, and he'll sacrifice himself" the plot was. It kind of annoyed me at some point but I pushed through (yey). I also think anissa lost her funny monologues when she got older. Overall, the experience with this is great.
