I dunno if it's the trad (not blaming) that's hard, or if it's the way the author is writing the story but it's really confusing at times. Everything is confusing. Characters's psyche, their past, their real goals, the subplots in the schemes, etc etc

Glad I'm not the only one feeling this, at least. x)
