The author actually spoiled it years ago that he is a dominant omega along with him beign Grayson's pair, he was actually planned like that from the beginning.
What's so strange about him being promiscuous? Josh was a womanizer before Chase. And they both were exclusive tops. Dane even didn't care if it was an alpha, as long as they were smaller.

When they were still uploading Kiss Me Liar (main story) someone spoiled it here, also that he is Grayson's pair, and I remember the shock and outrage in the comments.^^
I was actually happy about it and wanted to read it, because that pairing sounded much more even powered than the one of KML, and the KML one left a lasting negative impression on me, so I never forgot that I wanted to read "Desire me if you can" (yes, it's all Keith Pittman's fault...).lol
How he handles Grayson? He has more options than others. He is a dominant omega, they can cause pheromones shock and knock them out etc. And Grayson has a fetish concerning a bodypart of Dane he considers as perfect (actually all Millers have that concerning their partner, although different bodyparts^^), just say it's really bad and Dane doesn't hesitate to try to manipulate Grayson with it.lol
