this isn’t about taking sides

the way the story goes and how the author portrayed each of them, i doubt anyone is supposed to think one is wrong and one is right. they both have their reasons for doing/saying what they did but also at fault to some extent; andrew didn’t tell luke everything so luke wasn’t wrong to question andrew, because he has known his friends for much longer; at the same time luke was too harsh on andrew, he could’ve tried to understand his side of things before immediately taking his friend’s side, andrew just wanted the best for his partner. either way i like how the story is going because it challenges the readers to see things from both their perspectives and depicts the situation as something that isn’t black and white, which is realistic in my opinion.
