Not to be gross but Walls don't explode from bodies rotting. Let alone stone walls. Bodies will explode from trapped gases, but that's extremely rare. More than likely if a body does burst it'll just leak in the area.
Exactly also there are methods that flawlessly hide one and the wall would be fine
