So the observer called Irina the "third" transcendent instead of "Second" and that's what Kim Seojoon has been told — Irina being the second transcendent. I'm guessing that it might be the great voice who's actually the second transcendent and Seojoon being someone connected to the first transcendent(we already know that btw) and I believe my instincts that says the first and the Great voice fought before and the first transcendent loss but they made a before death magic that made up Seojoon or the great voice is just also connected to the first one.
