I'm not really sure if I'm correct or not so I'll keep it simple from what I understood.
1. Relationship between the seme and the uke: They're not biological brothers. A.K.A uke is adopted from an orphanage as the Father didn't have any heir during that time when uke was taken in to be heir. After some years (not much) the parents finally managed to have a child and so that is why in one of the panels where the mother was holding the seme said somthing like leaving the uke, but the news had already known they had adopted a child (uke) back then so the father took advantage of the uke's smartness as to use him to keep his biological son (seme) in check and keep him in line so that when he grows up he would want to have a greediness to take his belongings back. (Belongings as in the powers that the uke have rn but sadly instead of the company the seme is more obsessed with having the uke for himself) Moreover the reason why the Seme is not interested in the company is probably on how as the ONLY child and heir, since birth he has been showered with anything and everything so he was bored of it all, but the one thing that kept him interested was the Uke who he can't have.
2. Uke's obsession with being the next CEO and heir. I think I get his obsession because from childhood till now he has worked more harder than anyone just so he could show that he is usefull and worth to be adopted and taken in as their(any parents) son. The reason why he is persistent and is still working hard is probably because (in his view) the seme is a laid back person who couldn't even complete his studies and would always go playing around with no care of the surrounding so how can he, who doesn't evn know anything about business and somone who never gave or took an interest in business suddenly be able to work in a company and become the heir in an instant. The uke thought that since he was deligent with this work, good at it and had a good amount of support and reputation, he WOULD be the next heir BUT the plan failed when the Seme suddenly started trying to act the good son and also was good at his job.
Overall what I think and feel from my view is that, the Seme from the start was already getting everything and anything which bored him so he decided to keep going that way untill he found a new obsession, a thing which he could never have( The Uke ). No matter what the Seme did, the Uke would never look at him and knowing that his obsession grew. The seme knew that if he wanted and tried even a bit, he could easily become the heir but he was more of a fox than we thought. The Seme kept acting like as if he wasn't interested in the company when actually it was just an act to control and have the Uke completely in his possession because he knew how much the Uke was obsessed to be the heir. So basically everything went according to his (seme's) plan and not of the Uke. The one controlling the game was the Seme all along, he just left the Uke on his own for a while for the bigger picture later. And now this all explains the conversation they had in chapter 7.
