I absolutely hated the servants, I didn't like the fact that Arthur had permitted them to have their way with Hel. That's your husband, they have no rights to him at all nor should he have felt obligated to give them those rights!! I also hated the king; he definitely didn't deserve to have his way with Hel either. Job or not, I think it would've been satisfying to see Richard ticked off about the fact that he couldn't use Hel to his advantage.
Anyway, other than that I enjoyed reading this. It was truly interesting!
