um, i wouldnt say he does..? The artist's style is kinda moe, and although the novel describes minjo as an average build dude, everyone around him is either a big buff gangster or munsu who is described as athletic
I think Minjo's drawn fine, not his fault gio is built like a double door fridge and everyone looks tiny next to him
