Cecil is younger than Spence, so a very young child. In one side story Yeonwoo and Spence visit Josh, and before they arrive he dressed Cecil in a pink t-shirt and white shorts, because he thinks it looks cute (remember Josh's first love was Chase dressed like a girl). But Cecil hates pink and it looks like girls clothes to him, he really doesn't like it and complain, and runs away.
Enter innocent Spence, running into Cecil a bit later, thinking he is a girl, gives him a motivation speech, tells him he looks like princess (Pete looks like a prince to him lol). And Cecil is so taken by Spence...he develops a serious crush.lol
Now Cecil wears cute/ girls clothes for Josh and Spence, since they both seem to like it. Cecil himself doesn't like it.
