bro if the author wanted to sweep victor's shitty treatment towards heart under the rug, they wouldn't have written it the way they had in the story... he's the only "moral" person out of the 4 characters, the only one who havent fuck victor yet, and out of the 3 love interests, most of the emotional angst of the story derive from him. it's so obvious that the author is aiming to make heart and victor's relationship the most emotionally complex out of the LIs, bc victor has to learn how to love someone for their "heart", not for any physical aspects he likes, like head and dick. i believe victor will get his just deserts, but whether or not it's actually satisfying, we can judge when it arrives.
