So I read a manhwa but I forgot the title. The main idea is that the ML is an idol. He is an alpha and he goes into rut at work. During his rut, he tries to get to his car, but he becomes weak and collapses near it. Someone helps him. I do not remember whether they ended up sleeping together or not, but the important part is that the person who helped him turns out to be the one the ML has been searching for.

Some time before that, this person, the MC, went to the ML’s fanmeet to get his autograph. The ML was surprised and a bit impressed because he did not expect to have a fanboy. Later, in the backstage area, he saw the MC taking a photo with a cardboard cut-out of him. The photo was actually for the MC’s younger sibling. The real fan was the sibling, and the MC only went because the sibling asked him to take their place.

The sibling posted that photo on Instagram, but the MC’s face was blurred. The ML had been checking the account and realized that the blurred person in the photo was the MC.
