Did you even translate that chapter or are you just brainlessly commenting? Yuta was about to cut his OWN di*k because Seunghyun lead him to that point! He said harsh stuff like always and even told him that if he cut his di*k and softened (like a woman ) or smth that he may come to like him. So out of desperation and DEPRESSION(Trauma) Yuta intended to do exactly that
