I do like that the scent thing plays a huge part in their dynamic. Alpha did it with full knowledge that the omega didn't wanted to be seen as such, omega's proud and he doesn't like the stereotype of traditionals omegas so he works so hard in looking traditional masc, knowing that it would trouble him, like you said, being near other alpha's pheromones would bothered him, but alpha purposely mark him to make him his, to so called... help him in the long run. BS really.
Still, in one point omega liked alpha because he was weak, shy and cute... when he thought he was the omega. Those feelings didn't disappear but with all that forced marking or the constant stalking it's not surprise that tj5e omega acts like that with him.

This is so sad, like yes you can have your opinion about how Juhyeok acts, like how dismissive and rude he can be towards Su-ah but like.. maybe with how “Omegas” were viewed for Juhyeok from childhood is what caused this, we still don’t know why he hates being an omega but he also hates the fact that he can’t do stuff without being bothered by other alpha’s pheromones.
The way I view it is how women were viewed back then, where they can’t do much without a “man” helping which is obviously not true, a woman can do a lot of things if not even better than a man. So by applying that logic to Juhyeok, I kinda understand him, if you told me that I can’t do what I want, have my preferred body or live my life the way I want to without an Alpha, I probably would be pissed too. Because they live in an Omegaverse setting, Juhyeok won’t be able to roam freely without alphas bothering him unless Su-ah marks him..
