Taeoh can't feel any pheromones except for Dobin's, but they're not even the biological pheromones, it's the emotional ones. So basically every time he feels (and we see) Dobin's pink pheromones, it's Dobin letting out his feelings of love for Taeoh - which, if you've noticed as the story progressed, have been getting stronger and stronger.
