I understand mc being repulsed by ml because he kinda forced mc to be dependent on him and mc wants to stand on his own feet, so as much as it pains me to see him act like an ass towards ml, when I think about if it happened to me, frankly I don't think I'd have the grace to be nice to the guy either.
