Regardless of what Pilsang experienced, he still assaulted the uke. Although the uke claimed he would "overlook" the incident because Pilsang saved his life, I cannot accept that. Aside from that troubling aspect, the story wasn't terrible. I appreciated how the depth of the mother's backstory contributed to the plot. With each chapter, I became more invested in learning more about the characters. It was refreshing to see more action unfold outside of the characters just being confined to a small room.
