I was thinking their contract was anyplace, anytime. At least earlier in the story. That's basically free use, which Kim Dan agreed to. So if jk wanted to do it during the night, seems like fair game to me. But I guess I don't know the exact stipulations for their 'contract' right now.
the contract that you’re talking about wasn’t even legal in the first place and you legally cannot sell the rights to your body like this to anyone. so everything jk has done to dan was and is rape if he hasn’t consented himself.
Dan needs to get some self respect. The author is not taking enough time with the redemption arc idc if it’s the night before the match go find a sex worker or something these two are no where near done repairing their relationship they should not be having sex. And not Dan getting happy bc Jae didn’t SA him in his sleep the bar is in hell. At the very least I hope Dan realizes this doesn’t change anything or make up for what’s been done to him
