Overall, you wouldn't expect deep psychology, a great plot, intrigue, or subtext from smut... there were even cardboard cutout villains and flat humor, BUT... damn, this story has so many layers and details that if you reread it a couple of times, you'll be blown away by what's going on. I'm devastated, but still really happy to be here
