Is it just me or does anyone notice how these two compatability is so rushed? It felt out of place. There wasn't much romance going on between them to actually develop a relationship from being sex partners. Idk. If being pregnant is the only reason for the ML to flip his switch, it's just so sudden considering his attitude in the earlier chapters
