Right? I'm so confused tbh. Why does Yuta hate Seunghyun when it seems like he was the only one who showed him kindness? It's also clear Yuta liked him from before so...I don't get it.

if i'm not wrong, i believe yuta "hates" seunghyun BECAUSE of the kindness he showed him back at the pavilion. he's someone who is very traumatized and manipulated and is conditioned to not be very trusting of others so unprompted kindness like that could only catch someone like him off guard. yuta is also consistently lying to himself by concealing his love for him with "hate" because he tries to convince himself that the kindness made him weak and seunghyun was someone who gave him false hope in the past. seunghyun failed to save him back then so now those festered feelings are manifesting in a suuuper messy way :') at least that's how i'm understanding it!
and same goes for seunghyun! in their world, love is seen as a weakness, and i think they're both too prideful to admit that to themselves
So what I’m gathering is seunghyun is in denial or sorts?…
