i really like this author's other work and i'm really intrigued to see where they take this story bc what im assuming is going to happen is that ML was injured and no longer able to play (currently), but it's on the DL and he's using sex as a coping mechanism/way to release his pent up energy bc he's no longer able to play badminton. He's probably using this ditzy persona to mask the fact that he's depressed that he can't play and he latched onto the MC bc the MC is a pushover, but is also kind of entertaining (in the sense that he "doesn't like" ML like that, but seems to want a relationship with some sort of feelings involved despite not admitting it).
I think the ML is going to get attached/grow feelings for MC and there's going to be some sort of miscommunication where he realizes he actually has to lock in for this man. MC will probably get involved with another person very briefly (it won't be anything serious), but ML will see the threat. ML will obviously try to keep the injury a secret, but MC will find out and be overly worried/concerned and they'll probably argue over it or something.
