I'm pretty sure the time in the bonus when Pome-Delivery brought Ao was a flashback - Aoi hasn't worked for them since he lost touch with Takato. But I agree he seems more fond of Ao than Aoi so far.

The art is adorable, and I really like the characters too. But the ending was way too abrupt, and a random three years gap? Also, not to mention, Takato seems to like the dog version of Ao more than his actual self. I meannn they're both Ao, but he's still calling "Wan-Love" for spending time with the puppy Ao. It just doesn’t sit right with me
