Okay so 4th mugo is just them merged, makes sense. We knew that there was a "4th" so it will be interesting to see where it's going to go now the he actually appeared and not just a background shadow!. Also I'm pretty sure In a earlier chapter we saw his arm holding Jaheon because mugos sleeve/shirt changed in the close up.
