I think that this situation may create another existential crisis for K. In the past chaps we could see that he was comforted when he realized he never completely abandoned his human traits, hence cooking the eggs he laid. But this chap showed the hypnosis Q taught Little A, and that it worked of K. I feel like if this scenario was not made for the purpose of freak, it's 100% to make a psychological conflict between the characters.
AALSO, I feel like Q felt envious towards K (or the other peeps in the farm idk) that's why he lied to Little A. Either he attempted to ruin Little A and K because he felt jealous that a human like Little A fully accepts K and how it could never happen between him and Doctor. OR he's trying to drag K down with him because he couldn't control himself (the little pig slug scene), and wants for everybody to be the same as him (if we're talking abt some big plot twist, this may also lead to bigger secrets being revealed).
ANYWAYS I REALLY LOVE THE BALANCE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND FREAK IN THIS MANHWA REALLY ONE OF A KIND

i honestly agree with you, it truly feels as if this chapter wasn't for the freaky but more of an awareness? It definitely feels as if Q deliberately taught Little A that, as if he KNEW what was going to happen and chose to mildly (?) sabotage it

Agreed... I'm wondering how Kendrick would feel when he discovers Little A used a trick for chickens when he's already having an identity crisis but I am absolutely ready for more psychological and freakiness
