I think it’s a heart ache basically just feelings (that’s what I thought she was having pain for) and also to me I think Anna is just too angry and focused on hurting the doctor to notice the pain that Lynn is experiencing if it is a actual heart pain but also it would send out a warning that Lynn’s heart is in danger bc that’s what it did in the early chapters so then it’s most likely heart ache
