I'm assuming you are talking about sex toys that don't have a flared base. Generally, people will advise you not to do it because there is always a possibility of the toy getting stuck but this also applies to the anus. The worry usually is that you could rupture something. Leaving something in the vagina for too long probably will change your PH but I don't believe that's a problem you need to go to the ER for. You can push things out of your vagina using your pelvic floor muscles just like you can push things out of your anus.

I am carious about something is it ok to inert stuff like sex toys into vaginas?, I remember seeing episode of those medical series of couple lossing condom in and had to go to ER to remove it, I think unlike with anus when you eventually have to let it out, vagina work diffe3entlt and if the PH of it changed you can get all kinda infection, I know 5his jot place to ask but as virgin female watching this I am carious ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
