replying to this off the top of my head, so apologies if anything is mistaken, but i think it's implied that the second ml was taken by jeoh because he both envies and desires the relationship jeoh has with seongrok. when seongrok is stabbed and jeoh cries for help, there's a panel where he's staring at them with a conflicted expression, which says a lot about his character and how he views the main characters imo. i wouldn't say he likes jeoh in the traditional sense, you have to remember that all these characters are in dangerous, high-stake situations and everything is complicated and generally fucked up. he's not a good person, but that doesn't make him comically evil. like the plot, the characters in this manhwa are complex and nuanced. bad people can do good things and good people can do bad things, just like in real life. and unfortunately, good people can be and are attracted to toxic people, like the second uke to the second ml
I won't lie , I was always a but confused since the time ha was introduced. Who even is this guy? The '2nd ml' if I can even call him that. Like who tf is he? Why was he suddenly introduced in the story? Why does he even like Je-oh? Like why does he like him so much so suddenly? He is definitely a criminal ass mf , then why is he being shown as a good guy? The 2nd uke is such a good person and he was tortured by this dude so much then why does he like this stupid mf?
