I've read manhwas that made me feel the same way you do right now like love is an illusion, kiss me liar and surge looking for you. And what I suggest is taking a break for a few months and comeback when either the manhwa is finished or it's getting to the good part so that you'll at least know how long it will take for them to get together without disappointments.
I did that for all the mangas mentioned and it turned out well and I was able to go back to the "running away" chapters without being so pissed at the MC. Hope this helps solve your worries
Yeah thats what i used to do a lot when it takes ages for them to get together then id just read backwards through the conflicts lol
