As far as I know most east and southeast asian countries (mine included) sees small faces as ideal.
Ideal proportions:
- Small face, tiny waist for women.
- Small face, tiny waist and broad shoulders for men.
- Don’t forget “fair” porcelain skin (almost milky white)
Thank god my country has accepted tan skin as a norm as well nowadays. But one has to be “tall and dark” to not be bullied. (Yes, being tan here is considered dark skin)
I'm from India and here idk about small face beauty thing but fair skin, tiny waist for women is considered beautiful here

In first dialogue box someone said
"Omg unnie you're so beautiful your face is freaking small"
That was weird lol
I think it's cultural things
But I've never seen someone saying omg your face is so small so beautiful
