The thing is i actually really like the exploration of male victims and how it can affect someone long term and i do enjoy a them both growing from the pain that the adults in their lives placed on them. They are both victims and im glad they are treated as such. What i dont like is how disproportionately evil all the women that arent her are. It just rubs me the wrong way it would be different if it was like one or two women but its like ALLLLL of them and its hard to not get a lil bit of pick me vibe when it comes to how the author writes other women.
