Why would she be considering if the son and established heir of the family that killed her family likes her?? And yes Diabel feels like an obvious end game, and what pathetic tone?? Shes a woman in a world where she can’t even inherit a title yet has done ALOT. Also, romance is such a backdrop concept in this manwha, like our MC is literally trying to keep her family alive and avoid a war.
And back to the first point, and her father simply not dying at the beginning of the manwha, is her already changing a lot cause it was hinted that most of the subsequent issues that happened is due to him dying and power dynamics. So I don’t think it’s a bad assumption for MC to assume a lot changed based on him simply being alive.
lol. what? i mean it's your opinion but like none of these are plot holes, more like the whole point of the story??
like why has she never considered erez liking her because she literally talks about how she never really cared about that and was absorbed in her adoration of her previous fiancee. its a plot point about how she had to grow up and fend for herself while also being more mindful of the past which led to her family's demise.
and her whole thing with diabel is an inner conflict of what is real. what was genuine about her previous relationship with diabel. its what makes it so riveting because she knows so much about the future and how to solve things but she doesn't even know if the person she loves even had true feelings for her in the first place. it gives her a sense of humanity that even though she knows so much, she actually doesnt which grounds her as the protagonist. it makes her so human and so complex rather than this perfect mary sue, have no sense of conflict mc.
idk, digest the story before you come out the gate with your contrarian perspective that isn't fully developed

Ch 26 ー i wanted to like this... But even for a slow burn it has too many plot holes.
She never stopped to consider Erez liking her jn the first timeline and just assumed the future had changed when she hadn't done a thing...
Diabel is the obvious endgame but the whole, "he acts like a different person, he's the devil but i still hope the fake diabel i used to know is him" type of thing is cringe. I can get behind Diabel trying to olay the bad guy so that he can push her to stand up for herself, but her tone in their relationship is very pathetic and seems like a mechanism to force their romance which would have developed nicely otherwise
