people have got to understand people will be uncomfortable and they allowed to be it’s not like you’re being over dramatic this is the unfortunate plot of the story
like i’m not saying i hate the story but it’s clear to me it’s got some red flags
fr some people don’t even want to hear people out or even try to understand them as to why they would feel uncomfortable and that’s just not fair at all, you can like the story but blatantly denying or ignoring some red flags all for the sake so you can still continue reading isn’t fair either..like i’m not saying you will be hung for it but respect peoples opinions
yall cry for people to respect yalls opinion but u took the time to read something that made u uncomfortable AND took time to write a long yap about it. close the tab and forget about it. its that simple.

i took the time to read a new story and give a fair opinion on it that’s literally all i ever do on this site. when i found out he was marrying a child i still continued to see if the circumstances justified it. and btw it took me what two minutes to write up that og comment regardless it seems you don’t like my opinion only because i felt uncomfortable with a child marrying an adult that’s kinda weird but i digress.
and mind you this comment is literally named “conflicted opinions” you’re picking the wrong fight
nobody is crying and begging for random ass people who like reading about kids getting married to grown ass men for respect, their comment must have really upset you since you took the time to yap about literally nothing.
political marriage or not it’s still child marriage. and just because he didn’t do anything inappropriate he still protected the child and spent time with him when he was young so yeah i feel uncomfortable with them having any sort of relationship because it’s js lowkey creepy.

author was really careful about the whole thing to have many justifications for their relationship like the time skip for people to not see it as problematic but this is just a grey area for me. this stuff happens a lot in the real world and we shame it so…and i know tons of people love this story but please don’t ignore pedophile undertones. i’m also not saying the mc is a pedophile. when i read it his intentions were clear and if he acts properly without having any sexual interactions with the ml for at-lest a big while then that means his intentions were really true. like it’s not gonna look good for him if they have sex too soon within the story (i wouldn’t think they would have any interactions like that i hope when they meet again)
