basically from what i remember reading in the novel is that he starts to put together the pieces that she’s paula and she isn’t aware of it until last minute when she’s finally trying to flee the house for plot progression means (other subplot happening) and he catches her at the gate of the old house they used to be at and it’s super angsty yet relieving that they finally meet again

and he becomes SO ATTACHED TO HER EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE once he did find out (which will be soon, and he keeps it under wraps not letting her know that he found out). they have back and forth meets in that house and in one chap he’s like paula im all yours and you’re mine etc etc and they start doing the crazy sex splits w each other

and happy ending ofc too hehe
